By downloading, installing, launching, browsing meme resources and using all built-in features of Mojly, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to all clauses stated in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any content herein, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your mobile device immediately.
This document complies with Google Play Developer Policies, global cross-border data protection standards, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, EU GDPR, UK DPA 2018, and the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea for Korean domestic users and overseas international users.
This application does not apply for storage access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, notification or any other private personal permissions. All core meme browsing, preview and one-click sharing functions can run completely normally without any device permission authorization from users.
All meme images, sticker assets and graphic resources are pre-packaged inside the App installation package. Mojly will never scan, read, collect, upload, modify or store any personal photos, local videos, device documents, chat records or private files stored on your mobile device.
The built-in sharing function only invokes the native Android system sharing interface. We cannot view, track, capture or obtain any content shared by users to third-party social platforms and chat software.
Mojly only collects completely anonymous, non-identifiable technical data for application stability optimization and user experience improvement. We will never collect any personal identifiable information or sensitive private user data under any circumstances.
We may receive feedback texts, function suggestions and optional contact email addresses voluntarily submitted by users through the in-app support form, which are only used for technical troubleshooting and after-sales follow-up processing.
Mojly Studio will never collect real names, telephone numbers, financial payment information, government identity documents, contact lists, real-time geographic location, biometric data, private chat history or any confidential personal information of any kind.
All anonymous technical data collected is only processed for the following legitimate business service purposes, and will not be used for unrelated commercial marketing without separate written user opt-in consent:
Mojly Studio will never sell, trade, rent, lease or transfer any anonymous device metadata or user feedback information to advertising agencies, data brokers or third-party commercial platforms for monetary profit.
Mojly only integrates official secure SDKs provided by Google LLC, all third-party service providers must comply with international privacy protection rules and Korean Personal Information Protection Act:

Under normal use scenarios, no private user content will be automatically uploaded or synchronized to any remote cloud server.
We adopt industry-standard TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption transmission technology, Android application sandbox isolation mechanism, quarterly automated source code vulnerability scanning and strict backend staff access control to ensure that anonymous technical data will not be leaked, tampered, stolen or illegally accessed by unauthorized third parties.
No electronic storage or data transmission method can achieve absolute 100% security, but we will continuously upgrade security protection measures to fully protect user privacy in accordance with global legal compliance requirements.

Mojly meme entertainment application is designed and marketed for users aged 13 and above, and is not oriented to minors under 13 years old, fully complying with the U.S. federal COPPA regulations. We will not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable written parental consent. If you are a legal guardian and find that minor-related data exists in our records, please contact our dedicated privacy email, and we will complete full permanent deletion within 14 working days after verifying your guardian identity documents.
Users residing in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland enjoy complete data subject rights stipulated by EU GDPR, including the right to access data, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability and object to anonymous telemetry collection.
